We hope you love your Gentle Nursery products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

For multipacks, only one individual package may be opened. All remaining packages must be unopened and returned in their original condition.

Please do not send your order back before contacting us. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
